Pro access not restored

Make sure you are using the same email address used during payment. You may need to verify your email using OTP from the account page.

Changed laptop or browser profile

ZeroSense Pro has a device limit to prevent license sharing. If you changed your device and reached the limit, contact support and we can help review or reset an old device when reasonable.

Extension not working on a website

Payment deducted but Pro not activated
