1. Digital product purchase
ZeroSense Pro is a digital product. Once purchased, Pro access is activated for the email address and allowed devices associated with the purchase.
2. Refund window
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the product does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not be approved in cases such as:
- The product works as described but you changed your mind after using it.
- You purchased using the wrong email but Pro access was successfully restored after support.
- The issue is caused by unsupported browser environments, conflicting extensions, or restricted websites where browser extensions cannot run properly.
- Misuse, abuse, or attempts to bypass license/device limits.
4. Device limit and restore
ZeroSense Pro can be used on a limited number of active devices. If you change your laptop or browser profile, contact support and we can help reset an old device when reasonable.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us with:
- Your payment email address.
- Payment date or transaction reference, if available.
- A short description of the issue.
- Screenshot or screen recording, if helpful.

6. Refund processing
