Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how delivery works for digital products sold by Advani Digital Solutions, including ZeroSense Pro.

1. Digital delivery

Advani Digital Solutions currently sells digital products and software access, including ZeroSense Pro.

These products are delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped for ZeroSense Pro or related digital access purchases.

2. Physical shipping

We currently do not ship physical goods. Shipping charges, courier tracking, physical packaging and doorstep delivery are not applicable to ZeroSense Pro.

If Advani Digital Solutions offers physical products in the future, the applicable shipping terms will be updated on this page.

3. Product activation

ZeroSense Pro access is activated digitally after successful payment verification.

Activation may be linked to your payment email address, license status, installation identifier, browser profile and allowed device count.

4. Delivery timeline

In most cases, ZeroSense Pro access is activated shortly after successful payment verification.

You may need to verify your email through OTP or use the restore access page to activate Pro features in the extension.

If payment succeeds but access is not activated immediately, contact support with your payment email address and transaction reference.

5. Failed activation or access issues

Digital delivery or activation may fail or be delayed due to incorrect email entry, payment confirmation delay, browser restrictions, network issues, backend errors or device-limit checks.

If this happens, we will help verify the purchase and restore access where the payment and license are valid.

6. Email and restore access

Please use the same email address for payment, OTP verification and future restore access requests.

If you used the wrong email during payment, contact support. We will review the case and help where reasonable, depending on payment verification and license status.

7. Support for delivery issues

For activation, delivery or access-related issues, contact us with:

  • Your payment email address.
  • Payment date or transaction reference, if available.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Screenshot or screen recording, if helpful.
